METALNOX® M6060

METALNOX M6060 is an effective pre-treatment chemistry for steel parts, used prior to coating operations for cleaning and phosphatizing, or strictly phosphatizing. Superior results are achieved when M6060 is used in a 5-stage (or more) phosphating coating line. METALNOX M6060 is an extremely low VOC product used in spray or immersion parts cleaning washers.

METALNOX M6060 can greatly enhance the adhesion of oil base and powder coat paint and de-emulsifies to allow oil to separate from the solution. During the final stage of the process, CP90S can be added to M6060 for effective corrosion protection.
